Keep it simple. Instead of keeping your little tykes updated with the most high-tech toys, “keep them entertained with board games, drawing, ball games and climbing to help develop motor skills and intellect.”
According to a leading child specialist, kids (especially those under 5) are better off playing with basic toys.
They have more benefit for the child's development than having a whiz bang toy with lots of bells and whistles. You see them just sitting there pushing the same button again and again, then they get up and walk away.

Naughty, naughty resellers THE CHIPSET DOESN’T even get announced until next month, but eager-beaver retailers are already advertising boards based on Nvidia’s 780i. Over at Idealo.at there is a listing for the Asus Striker II Formula, a ?250 board in the ASsus high-end line up. According to the listing, the board has all the standard features of the 780i chipset (including three PCI-E x16 slots) as well as a couple of standard PCI slots for Physx and Audigy cards. Check it out here (thanks to Google translate). Delivery estimates range from Thursday the 29th through to the first week of December - although our sauces seem to suggest that boards won’t actually be available until the second week of December, and that these folks could be telling porky-pies….
