Head to head on patents

AFTER being on the back foot on patent legal rows, Research In Motion has
decided to sue Motorola over several patents used for wireless devices. RIM
claims that Motorola has gone back on a deal it made over licensing the patents
to competitors on a fair and reasonable basis….
