Hacks arrested for revealing Grand Jury “secrets”

TWO JOURNOS were arrested after they wrote a story saying they’d been subpoenad by a Grand Jury. They wrote a story in the Phoenix New Times in which they said they, their company, their junior reporters and even readers of their website were subpoenad by a special prosecutor, the New York Times reported. One of the hacks was released on bail but the other is still apparently languishing in clink. The case relates to a cop called Sheriff Arpaio, who apparently makes people in jails wear pink clothes. The special prosecutor is demanding IP numbers and other details of people who may have visited New Times since January 1st 2004, which seems rather a tall order….
