Okay, so you’ve modified your site to conform with the DMOZ Guidelines, and you’ve found the most appropriate category for your site. Now, it’s submission time.
Each category has a link on the top/right of the category page that says ‘Add URL’. Be sure you are in the correct category before clicking.
You can find the guidelines editors use when listing sites here: DMOZ Style Guidelines
Remember, the closest you come to submitting your site with everything in order according to the guidelines, the less an editor will have to do to get your site listed. It saves the editor some time, and it also gives your site a better chance at getting listed quickly.
